The power of anger. I was, until my breaking point, the kind of person who always says yes, who always finds a solution (even when tired, with other priorities, etc.), who helps everyone, who lives... for everyone (except for themselves). This art was quite cathartic, because it showed me the power of anger, of saying no, of saying "fuck it" (sometimes, to some people, and to yourself). Anger is something that can (emphasis on can) lead us to a better life, because it stems from the realization that something is not quite right.

O poder da raiva. Eu era, até o meu ponto de ruptura, o tipo de pessoa que sempre diz sim, que sempre traz uma solução (mesmo cansado, com outras prioridades etc), que ajuda a todos, que vive... para todos (menos para si mesmo). Esta arte foi bastante catártica, pois me mostrou o poder da raiva, de dizer não, de dizer "foda-se" (às vezes, para algumas pessoas, e para si). A raiva é algo que pode (ênfase no pode) nos levar a uma vida melhor, pois decorre da percepção de que algo que não está bem certo.
