Mas a vida não é só sobre isso, e certamente ela perde significado e valor quando, constantemente, muita luz está presente. Numa sociedade que tenta ter resposta e solução pra tudo, o conforto das sombras se mostra deveras essencial.

This art represents the recognition of shadows, of darkness, as something positive. Associated with light we have knowledge, enlightenment, answers, certainties, definitions. But life isn't just about that, and it really loses meaning and value when too much light is present, constantly. In a society that tries to have answers and solutions for everything, the comfort of shadows proves truly essential.
